What is the difference between Hollywood and Bollywood?

On the other hand, Bollywood is centered on family, drama, and music. ... Hollywood movies are shorter (two hours) while a Bollywood film is longer (three hours) and comes with an intermission. Bollywood makes more films, but Hollywood has larger movie earnings and spends more on movie production.

Vaani Kapoor or Priyanka Chopra - Who looks better?!

Image result for Vaani Kapoor or Priyanka Chopra - Who looks better?!
Vaani didn’t go for any accessories and kept her look pretty simple. She kept her hair loose and her make-up very basic. Overall, I like Vaani’s attire. The shimmery dress and that color look really good on her. But apart from that, there’s nothing that stands out. A big pair of earrings would have added some fun quotient to her look. Or Vaani should have just played up with her make-up or gone for a different hairstyle to add that much-need oomph factor to her entire ensemble.
While Vaani couldn’t impress me much, Priyanka Chopra, on the other hand, grabbed my attention with her sultry look.
Mrs. Jonas stepped out to shoot for The Ellen DeGeneres Show wearing a sexy Vivienne Westwood outfit along with a pair of Jimmy Choo heels. Priyanka too didn’t accessories much and kept her make-up subtle. As for the hairstyle, she gave her tresses some waves and kept it open. But what really works is the fact that Priyanka is totally killing the look like a diva.

Sacred Games: can Netflix's Mumbai mob drama turn India on to TV?

Image result for Sacred Games: can Netflix's Mumbai mob drama turn India on to TV?

Netflix's plans for global domination take another step forward on Friday with the release of its first original Indian TV series Sacred Games. One of several Indian shows greenlit by the streaming service, it is hoped that the crime drama will follow in the footsteps of Narcos, another international series that revealed an appetite among western audiences to broaden their horizons. Yet perhaps the biggest challenge Sacred Games faces is whether it can win over domestic audiences closer to home.
Based on the acclaimed book by Vikram Chandra, Sacred Games tells the story of Sartaj Singh, a jaded cop living under the shadow of his deceased father and seeking validation from a police force he nevertheless loathes for its corruption. When Singh receives an anonymous tip-off regarding the whereabouts of Ganesh Galton, a notorious crime lord who has been missing for 16 years, it sets the wheels in motion for a chain of events that burrows deep into India’s dark underworld.
That there has been nothing like it on Indian television before goes without saying. In India, the small screen has always been considered a poor cousin to the mammoth film industry, dominated by soap operas about scheming mothers-in-law and tried-and-tested generic formats such as Indian Idol.

It could have been any celebrity wedding: a former boyband star and an actor married in a lavish ceremony. There was a dedicated hashtag on Instagram. People Magazine scored the exclusive pictures.
But this was India’s Rajasthan state, the bride was Priyanka Chopra, and during the five-day ceremony the groom, Nick Jonas, draped her in a mangalsutra – a traditional Hindu necklace she will wear until her husband’s death.
The publicity blitz around “Nickyanka’s” nuptials has confirmed Chopra, 36, as the most successful Indian ever to make the leap from Bollywood star to American celebrity.
In trying to crack the American market, Chopra followed in the footsteps of another former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai. Several male actors including Irrfan Khan and Anil Kapoor have also carved out American profiles, while last year, Deepika Padukone made her Hollywood debut alongside Vin Diesel in xXx: Return of Xander Cage.

The first draft of the Indian Constitution was signed by the national assembly in both versions, i.e. English and Hindi on 24th January 1950. Thereafter, the Constitution of India came into effect on Republic Day, i.e. 26th January 1950. Since then, 26th of January is being celebrated as the Republic Day in India. On this day, India was declared as the Purna Swaraj Country and thus we began celebrating this day as the anniversary of the Purna Swaraj Day.
The Constitution of India empowered the Indian Citizens to select their own government. The oath was taken by Dr. Rajendra Prasad as the first president of India at Durbar Hall in the Government House. India has a big history behind celebrating the Republic day.
