Is fungi multicellular or unicellular?




Kingdom Fungi comprises the fungi, such as mushrooms, molds, and yeasts, eukaryotic heterotrophs that digest food outside of their bodies. Most fungi aremulticellular, but some, the yeasts, are simple unicellular organisms probably evolved from multicellular ancestors.
